1995 FORD WINSTAR LX, IMS RAMPVAN, LOADED. This van has all the power options, too many to list, that are at the drivers fingertips and easily operated by quadriplegics. This van is equipped with IMS which offers 5 1/4" ground clearance, the same as many cars. A remote button lowers the van, opens the door and deploys the ramp. It comes with multiple wheelchair, 4-point tie-downs or optional EZ lock system. It is currently set up with EZ lock on drivers side, but is easily switched to passenger side. All of the IMS components are in good working condition. This van has 92,000 miles but has been maintained on a regular basis (have records). I have had no major problems with the motor or power train for the past 10 years. It has remote start which is great for those frosty and cold mornings. Interior and exterior is in excellent condition, and has been well taken care of and maintained. I have driven this van for ten years and it has made my life much more independent, active and enjoyable. I have had a spinal cord injury (C-5, Quadriplegia) for close to 20 years and have been confined to a wheelchair for that time. Prior to this van, I was using community transportation, but this transportation does not allow you the freedom to come and go when you please, as does your own van. This van is in excellent shape and running condition and will allow you to experience life much more independently, active and enjoyable.
