Conversion completed by Highland Conversions in Albuquerque New Mexico. Great shape, runs strong with low miles for its age. Motor has no leaks. Dual AC. From paperwork provided when purchased, we are the 3rd owners and the previous owner only did some minor repairs and clean up for a family friend who ended up not needing it, and resold it. We have only had it for 8 months and rarely used it to transport father to local doctor visits, grocery/errands, and 1 trip out to California (comfortable). We installed new tires w/ alignment. Has a lowered floor both at drivers location, and continuing all the way back through the passenger compartment to provide additional headroom. Carpet is worn in spots but van is clean! Both the side (w/lift) and rear doors are double wide swinging doors. Van has a body kit including full length fiberglass running boards with built in steps.
